5. Service price

A fee of 5,000 yen will be charged for each payment procedure for patent rights, utility model rights, design rights, and trademark rights.

If the same right holder pays multiple pensions in the same jurisdiction (excluding the application for renewal of trademark rights), two or more lump sum payments will be accepted, and the fee for two lump sum payments will be 8,000 yen, thereafter. An additional 2000 yen will be charged for each additional case.

6. Necessary price other than the above services

Various fees paid to the JPO (patent fee, utility model registration fee, design registration fee, trademark renewal registration application fee)

7. Number of days required to provide services

Within 5 hours after confirming the transfer of the fee, we will complete the procedure to the JPO and report it to the right holder.

8. About refund

Refunds will be accepted until the procedure with the JPO is completed.

After the payment / renewal procedure to the JPO, refunds from the JPO are not permitted and cannot be accepted.
