Since its establishment in December 2017, Patent Attorney Office Japan Intellectual Property Payment Service has been pursuing and providing the services that customers demand by repeating self-transformation while constantly keeping pace with changes in society and the business environment. In April 2019, just one year and four months after the opening of the business, it was incorporated and with the vision of "providing patent attorney services reasonably on the Internet," for the increasingly complex procedures for the JPO. We use AI and programs to simplify the document preparation work and provide legal services to users.

The Japanese patent attorney industry is entering a period of rapid change. The decrease in the number of patent attorney aspirants and the automation of paperwork such as AI are rushing to both patent offices and clerks working there, and there is a demand for a new patent attorney and a new patent office for a new era. It has been done. We believe that our office has a major role and responsibility to fulfill such needs.

Until now, as a patent attorney's office, we have been acting as a proxy for various payment procedures to the Japan Patent Office. However, in anticipation of the corporate disputes related to intellectual property in front of us and the dramatic growth of China, when we seriously consider the individuals and companies that have acquired intellectual property, we simply patented them. I came to the conclusion that it may not be possible to meet the needs simply by acting for the payment procedure to the JPO.

We believe that our office is always within the reach of our customers, and that appropriately protecting our customers' intellectual property rights and contributing to the growth of our company will lead to the revitalization of society as a whole. I am. For that reason, we are willing to go beyond the boundaries of the "lawyer business."
